I'm Nico Felch, founder of Lucky Systems. I founded Luckymoose in 2020, our e-commerce company, and still run it today.

During that time I experienced firsthand how quickly a growing e-commerce business can turn into an operational endless loop: SaaS and tools that don't connect cleanly, processes that constantly demand attention, manual workarounds that eventually eat more time than they save.

I'd had enough of the operational treadmill. So I started consistently automating processes, restructuring workflows, and building systems that actually take load off the daily routine. With a bachelor's degree in economics and a professional background in agile software development in the aerospace industry, as a certified Scrum Master I'm used to breaking down complex problems cleanly and translating them into systems using proven methods.

My takeaway from that time was clear: Many e-commerce companies don't fail on ideas, they fail on problems in their day-to-day operations.

Lucky Systems exists because a gap has opened up between AI hype and operational reality. Too many providers sell audits, PDFs and tool recommendations. Too few take responsibility for making sure processes, teams and systems actually work together cleanly in the end.

We close exactly that gap. We identify where AI and automation actually have leverage in your company. We build the right systems. And we make sure they're not just presented, but actually usable in daily operations.

Our goal isn't to bring yet another tool into your business. Our goal is for you to be able to work on your business again instead of in it, while your team is enabled to take the next growth stage with you.
